UAG001 – ANIMALS

Dates: 14th July - 28th July.
Type: Renovation placement.
Location: This camp is going to take place in a village in Lviv suburbs.Some people ruthlessly leave their pets outside the refuge and go away. Local volunteers constantly help in the refuge as often as possible: cook, clean, build open-air cages, buy food. It’s heart breaking to watch poor animals being neglected and left on their own.
Terminal: Lviv International Airport.
Work: cleaning the territory, levelling the territory, getting the territory ready for building open-air cages, digging trenches, refurbishment of the place (installing, windows, doors), taking care of animals, providing medical care.
Volunteer's Skills & Interests: No special skills needed. Those who are not indifferent to animals are welcome.
Accommodation & Food: Volunteers will be accommodated in the hostel in the village. FOOD: to be decided.
Free Time: Sightseeing tours in Lviv (Lvov, Lwow)- the pearl of Ukraine, possible trips to castles in Lviv region

Required Items: Working clothes, gloves, strong shoes, anti-mosquito lotion, sleeping bag, your love to animals and desire to help.
