VNI012 - English Program Coordinator

Duration: 3 - 6 months.
Location: Ho Chi Minh.
Arrival Airport: Ho Chi Minh International Airport.
Project Aims: A Vietnamese-run organisation that assists street children and children from very poor families in Ho Chi Minh City.
Project Tasks: Volunteers needed to lead & guide an existing English programme. An English Conversation Club will be set up, providing hands on training to English teachers to make classes more interactive, and choosing new text books for the syllabus.
Who Can Participate?: The volunteer requires plenty of energy, experience working with children & a knowledge of teaching. All volunteers wanting to participate in this placement are required to submit a police report which clears them for participation in activities with minors.
Meals: Provided by the host.
Accommodation: Basic accommodation.
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
