GBI003 - Administration training

Duration: 4 weeks +
Arrival Airport: Osvaldo Vieira International Airport.
Who Can Participate?: SIVP. Expert in school administration and bookkeeping are needed to train school administrators.
Volunteers are also needed to train local people in administration, accounts information technology, and preparing of project proposals.
Meals: US$2.50 per meal.
Accommodation: Home stay: US$28 per week.
To stay in a hotel will cost between US$10 and US$35 per night.
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Required Items: Warm clothes for evenings, sleeping bag, hat, sunscreen, towel, mosquito repellent and basic toiletries.
Note: The Official Language spoken in Guinea-Bissau is Portugese, but Crioulo a hybrid of old Portugese and local words is more commonly spoken. French is understood in the more touristic areas.
