ECI008 - Reforestation

Duration: 2 weeks +
Location: Chiriboga.
Background Information: This place we work at reforestation, ecological and scientific study only. The students of Biology from Universidad Central del Ecuador with groups of volunteers are making the inventory of the fauna and vegetation of the area, which after these studies will become a reserve.
Project Tasks: Make the inventory of the fauna and vegetation of the area, which after these studies will become a reserve.
Who Can Participate?: IVP.
Placement Costs: US$ 330 per month
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Required Items: Warm clothes for evenings, sleeping bag, hat, sunscreen, towel, mosquito repellent and basic toiletries.
Language: Basic Spanish required.
Note: Individual and group placements (requiring a minimum of 6 people ) available.
