BRI003 - Children's Shelter

Duration: Min. 2 weeks. Up to max, one year.
Location: Belo Horizonte
Background Information: To offer opportunities for the children to learn English. Allow the children to meet people from different cultures to expand their life vision.
Project Aims: To provide shelter, education, healthcare and love to children who have been removed by the state from their biological parents or have been abandoned.
Project Tasks: Volunteers will assist with childcare and teaching basic spoken English. Volunteers are needed to generally show the children love and help with the general duties of raising children.
Who Can Participate?: Any volunteer who want to help care for children is welcome.
Placement Costs: Food and Accommodation provided for AUD$ 100 per month with-in the shelter.
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Language: Portuguese not nessecary for this placement
