FNI002 - Primary Schools

Duration: 6 weeks +
Dates: The school year generally starts early in August after an 8 weeks Summer Holiday to finish early in June; with a 10 day Winter holiday in February, a 17 day Spring Holiday in March and a 10 day Autumn Holiday in October. See: http://www.jours-feries.com/statique/index_pays2.html
Arrival Airport: Jyvaskyla airport.
Who Can Participate?: Trained teachers or young volunteers considering a teaching career would be welcome.
Placement Costs: Food and accommodation provided with local families for free
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Required Items: All volunteers wanting to participate in this placement are required to submit a police report which clears them for participation in activities with minors.
