Duration: 2 weeks +
Location: Ulaanbaatar and rural areas.
Arrival Airport: Dalanzadgad airport.
Project Aims: This is opportunity for the volunteers to make a film by themselves and broadcast it for the people of Mongolia. Themes include : Mongolian traditional life ; children and youth of Mongolia; natural environment of Mongolia; “ Naadam “ festival.
Project Tasks: Make film, and photos.
Who Can Participate?: IVP. volunteers will join a group of 5-10 other volunteers from around the world.
Optional Activities: Placements are also available in English newspapers, child care and community development.
Placement Costs: Food, transport and accommodation provided for US$825
Meals: 2 meals per day.
Accommodation: Provided by a host family.
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Note: The Media photo safari adventure will help you to explore this great forgotten land, its nomadic life, and cultural wonders in Gobi Desert and Western Country Side of Mongolia. adventure travel will include: meeting with Mongolia countryside nomadic peoples, a visit Erdenezuu monastery in ancient capital of Mongolia Kharkhorin, visits to many different natural sites.
