ZAI002 - Home for abused children

Duration: Min 4 weeks, Max 3 months.
Location: Krugersdorp, 40 mins from Johannesburg
Arrival Airport: Johannesburg International Airport.
Project Tasks: - Assisting with the younger children in every aspect of their day to day activities.
- Helping the older children with their homework.
- Helping with the cooking and cleaning.
- Generally showing love and affection towards the children.
Who Can Participate?: IVP/SIVP. anyone willing to care for these children is most welcome. Social Workers and development specialists and students would be a great help.
Placement Costs: All food and accommodation provided by the host.
Meals: All food is provided
Accommodation: In the childrens house.
Visa Requirements: It is the responsibility of all participants to obtain any necessary visas.
Required Items: Warm clothes for evenings, sleeping bag, hat, sunscreen, towel, mosquito repellent and basic toiletries.
